Job Description:

The Coordinator, Contracts & Pricing is responsible for supporting the development, administration, and execution of customer contracts, pricing programs, and quotation processes. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Operations, Service, and Customer Support teams to ensure pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and timely quote generation. The position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting revenue growth through effective commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Administration

Review, maintain, and track customer contracts and commercial agreements.

Ensure contract terms, pricing schedules, and service commitments are accurately documented.

Support contract renewals, amendments, and extensions.

Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies.

Pricing Management

Maintain customer pricing files, discount structures, and pricing matrices.

Validate pricing accuracy across quotes, proposals, and contract agreements.

Support special pricing requests and approval workflows.

Monitor pricing exceptions and identify opportunities for margin improvement.

Quote and Proposal Support

Generate and review customer quotes based on approved pricing and contract terms.

Ensure quote accuracy and completeness prior to customer submission.

Coordinate approvals for discounts, non-standard pricing, and commercial exceptions.

Support the quote-to-cash process from opportunity through order execution.

Systems and Data Management

Maintain contract, pricing, and customer data within CRM and CPQ systems.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across commercial platforms.

Assist with system testing, process improvements, and implementation of new tools.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to contracts and pricing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales teams to support customer opportunities and pricing requests.

Work closely with Finance to align pricing decisions and revenue objectives.

Coordinate with Operations and Service organizations to ensure fulfillment aligns with contractual commitments.

Serve as a subject matter resource for contract and pricing inquiries.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare reports related to pricing performance, contract renewals, and quote activity.

Analyze trends, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.

Support management with forecasting, tracking, and performance metrics.

Maintain documentation and audit records as required.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in sales operations, pricing, contracts, customer support, commercial operations, or related functions.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.

Knowledge of contract administration and pricing processes.

Experience supporting cross-functional business operations.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
